    Step inside an immersive, hands‑on experience where participants move through three dynamic breakout rooms, each revealing a critical phase in the journey of an ATMP shipment. From the earliest planning decisions to the moment of pickup and the real‑time visibility that follows, this workshop brings the full preparation for a logistics pathway to life.

    Breakout 1 – Planning the Mission Budget choices, packaging strategy, and selecting transport mode

    Breakout 2 – Collection in Action How pre‑conditioned materials and precise timing shape a successful pickup

    Breakout 3 – Visibility & Control Tracking, information flow, and the insights that keep every shipment on course

    Throughout the workshop, all insights and inputs will be captured on whiteboards in each breakout room. After the event, a consolidated summary report will be shared with all participants, bringing together the key learnings and recommendations from every session.
